Fi Europe 2026 takes place from 17 to 19 November 2026 at Messe Frankfurt. More than 1,650 exhibitors present food and beverage ingredients and nutritional supplements. Over the past 4 years we have produced photos and videos for 15 companies at Fi Europe.
What makes filming at Fi Europe special: Food on the stand means extra attention to hygiene – we do not touch open food or samples unless you ask us to, and our equipment stays clear of tasting areas. With live cooking, tastings and colourful products, Fi Europe offers great visual opportunities.
Best time to book: Days 1 and 2 of the show.
Which package fits your stand? Basic for stands under 15 m², Premium for stands up to 60 m², Elite for larger stands. For most Fi Europe exhibitors we recommend Premium. Bookings are possible until 2 days before the show starts.

How do you handle hygiene when shooting food on our stand?
We do not touch open food or samples unless you ask us to, and we work with your stand staff when products need to be arranged. Our equipment stays away from tasting areas.
Can you capture live cooking and tastings?
Yes – these moments make the most engaging content. We shoot without blocking access to your counter.
When do we receive our photos and videos?
It depends on your package: within 36 hours (Basic), within 24 hours (Premium) or the same evening with Same Day Delivery (Elite).
Formnext and Fi Europe run at the same time in Frankfurt – can you still cover our stand?
Yes. We work with several teams in parallel, so we can cover stands at both shows on the same days.
