MEDICA 2026 takes place from 16 to 19 November 2026 at Messe Düsseldorf. As one of the world’s leading trade fairs for medical technology, it brings together thousands of exhibitors – from medical devices and diagnostics to digital health. We have already produced content for exhibitors at MEDICA – most recently at MEDICA 2025 – and know how to present technical products in a clear and attractive way.
What makes filming at MEDICA special: Medical technology is very technical – and very visual. We show your devices in detail and in action, without exposing screens with real data or identifiable persons. Messe Düsseldorf allows photography and filming within the law, as long as other visitors are not disturbed and escape routes stay clear.
Best time to book: Days 1 to 3 of the show, when stands are fully staffed and busy.
Which package fits your stand? Basic for stands under 15 m², Premium for stands up to 60 m², Elite for larger stands. For most MEDICA exhibitors we recommend Premium. Bookings are possible until 2 days before the show starts.
FAQ – MEDICA
Can you photograph medical devices without showing patient data?
Yes. We frame screens and monitors so that no real data or identifiable persons are visible. Just tell us before the shoot which devices, screens or areas must not be shown.
How do you handle prototypes and confidential data?
We take data handling seriously. Before the shoot you tell us which prototypes, devices or areas are confidential, and we keep them out of frame. On request, we sign an NDA, and after we have handed over the material to you, we delete it from our systems.
Is it allowed to take photos and videos on our stand at MEDICA?
Yes. According to the Messe Düsseldorf house rules, photography and filming are permitted within the law, as long as other visitors are not disturbed and escape routes stay clear. We focus on your stand and keep aisles and neighbouring stands free.
When do we receive our photos and videos?
It depends on your package: within 36 hours (Basic), within 24 hours (Premium) or the same evening with Same Day Delivery (Elite).
