Formnext 2026 takes place from 17 to 20 November 2026 at Messe Frankfurt. With around 800 exhibitors, it is the leading trade fair for additive manufacturing and industrial 3D printing. As official service partner of Messe Frankfurt, ExpoMedia is on the Frankfurt fairground at every major show – and we were on site at Formnext 2025.
Your Prototypes Stay Confidential – NDA on Request
New machines, unreleased parts, confidential customer projects: at Formnext, not everything on your stand is meant for the public. On request, we sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before the shoot. You decide what we film – and what stays out of frame. After we have handed over the material to you, we delete it from our systems on request.
What makes filming at Formnext special: 3D printers, build processes and finished parts are perfect subjects for close-ups and motion. At the same time, many exhibitors show prototypes that must not be seen in detail – tell us before the shoot what stays out of frame, and we will leave it out. At Messe Frankfurt, recordings must respect the house rules and any photography bans signed on stands; we work on behalf of you as the exhibitor.
Which package fits your stand? Basic for stands under 15 m², Premium for stands up to 60 m², Elite for larger stands. For most Formnext exhibitors we recommend Premium. Bookings are possible until 2 days before the show starts – directly with us or via the Messe Frankfurt Service Store.

How do you handle confidential prototypes?
We take data handling seriously. Before the shoot you tell us which machines, parts or screens are off-limits, and we keep them out of frame. On request, we sign an NDA before the shoot, and after we have handed over the material to you, we delete it from our systems.
Can you film our 3D printers in operation?
Yes. Close-ups of the build process and moving parts are some of the strongest shots at Formnext. We follow your safety instructions on the stand.
Can we book through Messe Frankfurt?
Yes. As official service partner of Messe Frankfurt, you can book ExpoMedia directly in the Messe Frankfurt Service Store – or simply via our booking form.
Formnext and Fi Europe run at the same time in Frankfurt – can you still cover our stand?
Yes. We work with several teams in parallel, so we can cover stands at both shows on the same days.
